Wise is a global technology company that has been building the best way to move and manage the world’s money for over a decade. So the comms team wanted to ensure that they had the right spokespeople trained on the company’s evolving messaging, and ready to engage with target media in multiple countries. It was important to leave the trainees, both experienced presenters and beginners, feeling confident and ready for the comms challenges in their markets.

Our solution – a tailored programme based on role-play

We devised a tailored programme to train new spokespeople on how to use the Wise’ messaging, structure communications and deliver with real impact. In the sessions we role-play a variety of interview situations and topics that spokespeople can expect to encounter and give them proven techniques to handle even the toughest interviews.

The result – empowered and enthused Wise spokespeople

Over 20 groups of Wise spokespeople have already been trained. Following the sessions,  participants consistently show clear improvement and feel both empowered and enthused to take on their roles as effective speakers for Wise.
