What Investor Pitch Training Involves

Every investor presentation coaching programme is tailored, but most engagements follow a similar shape. You can use some or all of these stages:

• 1. Messaging, story and structure We help you build a clear equity story — the narrative that explains why your business is a compelling investment, and holds up when investors push back.
• 2. Deck review and polish We review or help design your pitch deck: cutting clutter, sharpening the narrative flow, and making sure each slide earns its place. Most decks land in the 10-20 slide range.
• 3. Delivery coaching and rehearsal Individual or team coaching on meeting performance — pacing, interaction, presence and handling nerves — typically with video review.
• 4. Q&A stress-testing We role-play tough investor questions so your team isn’t caught off guard in the room.
• Typical timelines:
• Messaging and Story – Usually 2-3 weeks — refining messaging, equity story and pitch narrative.
• Write and Design Pitch Book – Usually 3-4 weeks — Write each page, create pitch deck design templates, lay out
