The toughest part about putting a presentation talk together is knowing what you want to say.

Fortunately, there are some tried and trusted techniques we at BBA use to work out the message that your presentation should deliver.  For example:

  • What  would we expect a person in the audience to tell a colleague about our talk
  • What change or decision would you like to get from your audience
  • How do you want to be perceived after your talk

If you can be clear, before you begin, precisely what you want to achieve from your presentation, you have increased the chances of your presentation working many times over.
